Production Introduction
This Polyethylene Polypropylene Composite Waterproofing Material is processed by One-step Extrusion Molding of Full Automatic Production Lines. The raw material include Polyethylene, High strength PP Spunbond Nonwoven, Ultraviolet shielding agent, Anti aging agent and so on. This new kind of waterproof material is combined by three layers, the middle one is the waterproof layer and anti aging layer. the upper and lower surface is the PP spunbond nonwoven as enhanced viscous layer. As a combination of these three layers, it supports a high strength, better effect of waterproof, there will be no warped edge, no hallowing.
Product Character
lThis product is green environmental friendly product, no toxic, no smell, no pollution. It confirms to our Chinese standard GB/T17219-1998 <Drinking water transmission and distribution equipment and protective security evaluation criteria>
lAs a result of aging agent, this product has wonderful anti-aging property, antioxidant property and Corrosion resistance. It provides nice flexibility, good tensile strength and excellent resistance to perforation. It fits for the requirement of Chinese standard GB18173.1-2006 <The first portion of the sheet material of polymer waterproof material>. The age of this material can be seemed the same as building structure. Polyethylene is not going to be decayed or weathered when buried in sand. The test for polyethylene proves that there is no crack at the temperature -40°C and no deformation at 100°C.
lIt can be constructed on wet base, as long as there is no obvious water on the base, the construction is unnecessary to be stopped. After big rain, you can start construction by simply clean the water, so it is good for rushing time.
lIt has good flexibility and it is easy to be bended. Instead of splay angle and arc constructed in the internal angle, external angle and root of pipe, you can use this material to make simply right angle to construct during the application in kitchen, toilet, swimming pool and so on. It prevents damage to the waterproof material while fixing ceramic tile to guarantee no leakage during secondary closed water.
lWith this material, the construction will be very fast and high efficiency, as the tile can be fixed direct on the material without texturing or surface treatment for vertical wall surface while using in toilet, kitchen, swimming pool and normal pool.
lThe cement binder that matches this material is a kind of environmental friendly product. The main material is the paste that mixed by cement and matching glue which made by ourselves. This cement binder is not just with strong cohesive force but also a good waterproof layer.
lBecause of its high puncture resistance property, it can be widely used in all kinds of planting area which plays a role in blocking thorn, the effect of waterproof is very obvious.
Application Scope
1, This material can be used in some building waterproof construction, such as all kinds of roofing, basement, tunnel and so on.
2, The waterproof construction of the roofing of industrial and civil construction as well as underground engineering, reservoir, municipals, bridge, metro, tunnel, dam and so on. Especially good for some Key project that have high requirement on durability and corrosion resistance.
